Orders | Order Status
You can check the status of your zoekarssenshop.com order by logging into your account and visiting the My Orders section of your account. You will receive an order confirmation email after an order has been placed and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Shipping
If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday, before 10AM European time it will be shipped the same day, otherwise, it will be shipped the following day. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 10AM European time, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on the following Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.

Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days after you received your order. Customers outside of the Netherlands are required to return unwanted items at their own costs. The items should be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered) and in the orginal packaging with hang tags attached. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will refund the returned item and send you a credit invoice by email.
