Financial Assistent

We are looking for an experienced financial assistent to join the ambitious Finance team at our office in Amsterdam.
This position requires strong problem solving capabilities and will report into the Finance manager.

Required qualifications:

Strong Excel and Word knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Organized
Good attention to detail
Pro-active
Reliable/Responsible
Flexible and adaptable
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
Completed relevant MBO study, for example PDB
Languages skills: Dutch and English fluent
Experience in NAV and Exact

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

Supporting the finance department
Processing purchase invoices
Preparing payments
Processing webshop payments
Invoicing
Processing bank statements
Checking and correcting stocklevels
Other general accounting tasks
