Back Office Sales Support (full-time 40h)

We are looking for a candidate to join and support our Back Office Sales Team. You will maintain and be the first point of contact for our Sales Agents & Distributors for daily questions and requests. We are looking for someone that can really add a fresh and enthusiastic element to our team. You seek to always improve and implement new processes and are supportive of your colleagues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for agents and distributors for daily questions
  • Processing orders and re-orders
  • Sending order confirmations
  • Managing complaints and returns
  • Keeping track of all the discounts and special agreements for invoicing
  • Managing cancellations
  • Making sample sets and coordinating the distribution
  • First point of contact for logistics
  • Managing timely delivery for re-orders
  • Set up new customer profiles in the system

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • You have a Bachelor Degree and an enthusiasm for fashion
  • You have 1-3 years of relevant working experience (preferably in customer support)
  • You have strong excel knowledge, Microsoft office in general
  • You have experience with ERP systems (preferably Navision)
  • You are ambitious, accurate, a hard worker and independent
  • You speak fluent English

International E-Comm Sales (full-time 40h)

We are looking for an International E-Comm Sales Specialist to boost the online customer acquisition strategy and assist in affiliate marketing activities to pursue expansion growth opportunities worldwide. You will maintain and invigorate our existing partners portfolio with frequent communication & content update. You analyse the sales performances and identify new opportunities to boost online sales on a global level. You coordinate subsequent actions and follow through with internal colleagues accordingly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assess our current online presence & develop new growth opportunities on a global level
  • Identify and recommend local campaigns initiatives

E-Commerce Manager (full-time 40h)

We are looking for an E-commerce manager (B2C) to join our ambitious team, based in the heart of Amsterdam. As E-Commerce Manager you will be responsible for our global platform ZOEKARSSEN.COM, driving growth and reporting directly to the company owners. You will build and lead a small entrepreneurial team to develop this new and exciting channel further.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of E-Commerce results, revenue growth and profitability while building on the Zoekarssen.com brand experience;
  • Develop the business strategy to drive revenue growth and optimise processes for Zoekarssen.com globally, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as Wholesale, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations and IT;
  • Drive traffic to the platform in close collaboration with the in-house marketing team and 3rd party agency;
  • Analysis of sales, providing weekly reports and monthly forecasts;
  • Act as the central interface between Zoekarssen.com and the providers that look after website hosting and development, order fulfilment and customer service (mix of in-house and 3rd party);
  • Manage 3rd party technical and logistic partners, and collaborate with them to drive the cross-border strategy;
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Wholesale, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations and IT to optimise processes and drive sales;
  • Analysing and optimising the customer journey;
  • Work closely with production, design and marketing, overseeing the merchandise planning including sales goals and product needs;
  • Responsible for the buy, carefully based on data, and in close collaboration with the sales and production teams;
  • Ensure E-Commerce product photography is in line with brand and site requirements;
  • Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team on effective online campaigns, Digital Marketing and Social Media (which will be managed by Marketing);
  • Lead CRM (mainly email marketing) activities in close collaboration with the marketing team;
  • Analyse customer data and develop relevant CRM initiatives in collaboration with the creative marketing team;
  • Build and lead a small, entrepreneurial team to help develop this new and exciting channel for the business;
  • Stay up to date of innovations and developments in the digital world and share findings with the team and other stakeholders.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in E-Commerce, preferably within fashion;
  • Experience in leading a team and managing agencies;
  • Strong Project Management skills;
  • Strong interest in new technologies and developments;
  • Excellent understanding of web design and development: ability to manage and challenge technical teams;
  • Data driven and commercial attitude;
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to lead both direct reports and cross-functional teams;
  • Experience in Performance Marketing (SEO, SEM, affiliate) and analytics;
  • Experience with Magento (2) or similar e-commerce platforms;
  • Experience with Microsoft Navision or similar ERP systems;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit / startup mindset;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in shifting priorities;
  • High energy and hands-on attitude with a clear bias for action; solution orientation and getting things done.
  • Fluent in English;
