Product Developer (full-time 40h)


The Product Developer is responsible for creatively developing all design categories and projects from sketch to finished sample, in collaboration with supporting departments to safeguard the overall look and feel from conception to delivery meeting the set deadlines.

Key responsibilities

  • Translate creative briefs from Head of Design into technical worksheets, including making new measurement list from scratch (creative pattern making)
  • Follow up on current measurement lists and grading lists to secure a general and cohesive fit to all garments to fit our DNA (technical fit)
  • Researching trends and inspiration that work into the Zoe Karssen dna, translating these into sourcing files and fitting of the garments on the direction of the Head of Design
  • Working to the Production Timeline and being organized to meet deadlines set by the management to execute the development of the collection to finished SMS sample
  • Keep close communication with all factories about our developments and see that all samples arrive according to the set deadline
  • Execute sample development to meet required price strategy in close communication with production team
  • Measure and archive all proto's that arrive at HQ
  • Work closely with design and production team and communicate daily on issues that arise from the development of samples to ensure a smooth work flow each season
  • Leading and organising fittings, working closely with the Head of Design for direction and how to execute each development per season. To make sure all styles are to the highest standard, help find solutions to any problems that may come up in the fitting process
  • Following up on all changes that relate to each development on a daily basis
  • Work well in a team environment utilizing strong communication skills
  • Develop and understand product knowledge each season

Your profile

  • You have a Degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Management or Technical Fashion (experience with patternmaking is an advantage)
  • You have 3 -or more years of relevant working experience for an international retail or fashion brand
  • You have expertise in Illustrator
  • You have the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • You have the capability to think out off the box
  • You have understanding of customer priorities and needs
  • You are ambitious, accurate, a hard worker and independent
  • You speak fluent English
  • You love fashion and lifestyle and are highly creative

    Junior Designer (full-time 40h)


    The Junior Designer is responsible for designing and executing all appointed categories and projects with supporting departments to safeguard the overall look and feel from conception to delivery meeting the set deadlines.

    Key responsibilities

    • Translate creative briefs into original designs, sketches of silhouettes, design details, technical details and internal constructions for all appointed categories and projects
    • Researching trends and inspiration that work into the Zoe Karssen dna, translating these into the collection on the direction of the Head of Design
    • Working to the Production Timeline and being organized to meet deadlines set by the management to execute the collection
    • Preparing all garment worksheets and style overviews for presentations and following up of changes after each meeting
    • Work closely with design team and communicate daily on issues that arise from the development of designs to ensure a smooth work flow each season
    • Close cooperation with Production Department for the executing of garment fittings, working closely with the Head of Design for direction and how to execute each style per season. To make sure all styles are to the highest standard, help find solutions to any problems that may come up in the fitting process
    • Following up on all changes that relate to each style on a daily basis
    • Work well in a team environment utilizing strong communication skills
    • Develop and understand product knowledge each season

    Your profile

    • You have a Bachelor Degree in Fashion Design
    • You have 3 -or more years of relevant working experience in Fashion Design for an international retail or fashion brand
    • You have expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
    • You have experience with ERP systems (preferably Navision)
    • You have the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
    • You have the capability to think out off the box
    • You have understanding of customer priorities and needs
    • You are ambitious, accurate, a hard worker and independent
    • You speak fluent English
    • You love fashion and lifestyle and are highly creative

    Graphic Designer (full-time 40h)


    The Graphic Designer is responsible for creatively guiding all artworks to the appointed design categories and projects in collaboration with supporting departments to safeguard the overall look and feel from conception to delivery meeting the set deadlines.

    Key responsibilities

    • Translate creative briefs into original graphic designs, technical details and placement for artworks for all appointed categories and projects
    • Responsible for artworks within the appointed categorie groups and projects to meet required range plans and price strategy
    • Researching trends and inspiration that work into the Zoe Karssen dna, translating these into the moodboards and collection on the direction of the Head of Design
    • Working to the Production Timeline and being organized to meet deadlines set by the management to execute the collection
    • Overseeing that all placed artworks within the garment worksheets and style overviews for presentations and follow- ups of changes after each meeting are being executed correctly
    • Work closely with design team and communicate daily on issues that arise from the development of graphic designs to ensure a smooth work flow each season
    • Close cooperation with Production Department for the executing of placed artworks during garment fittings, working closely with the Head of Design and for direction and how to execute each placed artwork per season. To make sure all styles are to the highest standard, help find solutions to any problems that may come up in the fitting process
    • Overseeing the following up on all changes that relate to each artwork on a daily basis
    • Work well in a team environment utilizing strong communication skills
    • Develop and understand product knowledge each season.

    Your profile

    Assistant Designer (full-time 40h)


    The Assistant Designer is responsible for assisting the design team in designing and executing all categories and projects with supporting departments to safeguard the overall look and feel from conception to delivery meeting the set deadlines.

    Key responsibilities

    • Assist the design team to create original designs, sketches of silhouettes, design details, technical details and internal constructions for all appointed categories and projects
    • Researching trends and inspiration that work into the Zoe Karssen dna, translating these into the collection on the direction of the Head of Design
    • Working to the Production Timeline and being organized to meet deadlines set by the management to execute the collection
    • Assist to prepare all garment worksheets and style overviews for presentations and following up of changes after each meeting
    • Create and update all sales related materials, such as sales books, line plans and collection lists
    • Assist the design team in garment fittings, working closely with the Head of Design for direction and how to execute each style per season
    • Assist in the following up on all changes that relate to each style on a daily basis
    • Keep the design area in a structured and organised way
    • Work well in a team environment utilizing strong communication skills
    • Develop and understand product knowledge each season

    Your profile

    • You have relevant working experience in Fashion Design for an international retail or fashion brand
