We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm CET (with the exception of public holidays). We aim to have merchandise ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment.
All EU orders are shipped via the UPS Standard service and outside of the EU is via UPS ExpressSaver. This enables quick and reliable delivery with a full tracking service. Please note that all items will need to be signed for upon receipt.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
To avoid worrying about whether you will be home when your order arrives, we advise registering for UPS My Choice. After creating a personal login, you will have access to several features which makes receiving deliveries manageable.
- Receive notifications about your delivery status via UPS My Choice Delivery Alerts.
- Access to a delivery planner that allows you to view all of your incoming UPS shipments and change delivery dates to suit you.
- If you won't be present to receive a delivery you can give authorisation online so that your parcel can be delivered without a signature, or you can change the delivery address.

You will be notified by e-mail at various stages during the dispatching process of your order. If you have an account, you can login and check "My Orders" for the current status of your order.
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided. Please visit ups.com, then enter your tracking number in order to view the status of your order.

**All shipments to Russia must be declared to Russia's Customs authorities via an electronic form where custom duties apply. Please provide all data and documents electronically on our carrier UPS's website: www.ups.alta.ru. You must provide a passport copy, Tax ID (INN), the order confirmation and residential (registered) address. Please provide documentation directly after receiving the shipment confirmation email. Clearance will hold the goods for 3 days free of charge. It is mandatory that the customer pays Duty/Tax to customs personally. As custom fees change regularly Zoe Karssen and UPS cannot be held responsible for these fees. If your order exceeds 5 pieces or 1,000 Euro CIF-value a formal entry declaration applies. It is not possible to order the perfume outside of the EU due to restrictions in sending it through air transport.
